Canned Responses

Canned Responses are pre-written responses and phrases to use when chatting or sending a mail. There are two types of canned responses, personal and company-wide responses.

To access the company-wide canned responses enter IOdesk and navigate to Application settings -> Canned Responses.

To access the personal canned responses enter IOdesk and navigate to Profile in the top right.

Creating a canned response

  1. Press the input field below "Create a canned response"
  2. Write something that will be useful for everyone
  3. Click Create
  4. Done!

Edit a canned response

  1. Click on the response you want to edit.
  2. Notice how the response is loaded into the input field where create a response previously was
  3. Change what you want
  4. Click Updaten
  5. Done!
