To access the settings for auto-convert chat enter IOdesk and navigate to Application settings -> Ticket Settings -> Auto-convert chat to mail
This view is only available to company admins
Optional setting to automatically convert abandoned chat tickets to mail tickets after a set amount of time. This is really useful for tickets that came in overnight that the virtual assistant did not manage to solve. To start automatically converting chat tickets press the input field and write the desired wait time to automatically convert a chat ticket, then press update.
