Modules are what we call the widgets that you include on your site that are connected to IOdesk. These are very easy to install on your site and for example our AI-powered live chat only needs one row of code to be fully integrated and for Lydia and you to start answering customer questions!
Contact forms are an excellent way for customers and visitors to contact you - we offer two types of contact forms.
The primary contact form comes with AI-support, this means that after a customer has contacted you, our AI will analyze the content and then send out a reply with suggested answers to the question.
The normal contact form is just that, a contact form where a customer can contact you and you can then at your own convenience answer the ticket from the IOdesk ticket system.
